Amfori
Since 2016 we have been a member of amfori BSCI - a leading initiative to improve working conditions in global supply chains. By signing the BSCI Code of Conduct, we commit to working with our suppliers to improve social and labor conditions in factories. This is ensured by external auditing companies.

Our responsibility along the supply chain
It is important for us to know where, by whom and how our articles are produced. Therefore suppliers are carefully selected and regularly visited. We concentrate on a few main suppliers with whom we have a long-term and very partnership-based cooperation. This increases transparency and allows us to maintain consistently high quality and fast delivery times.

As a member we expect from all our business partners to comply with the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct. This is guaranteed through regular audits by independent auditors.  In addition all business partners who are monitored for compliance with the following principles must demonstrate that they are taking all necessary measures to ensure their own compliance with the Code. The topics of the code include employee protection, fair working hours, fair remuneration, and environmental protection. Our suppliers must ensure that all their business partners involved in the production processes comply with the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct.

With our supplier in Vietnam we introduced the amfori SPEAK FOR CHANGE complaints mechanism. In the following years we want to implement this with further suppliers in different countries.
