Among all those who have voted for the Jersey Battles, we are raffling 3 x 1 JAKO surprise package.

The conditions of participation:

1. Participation in the raffle requires agreement to the conditions of participation. By participating in the raffle, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

2. The organiser of the raffle is JAKO AG with its headquarters in Mulfingen-Hollenbach, Germany.

3 The raffle starts on 18 February 2020 and ends on 21 February 2020.

4. This raffle takes place as part of the JAKO Jersey Battle International. JAKO Jersey Battle International is understood to be all postings that the company JAKO publishes on its Instagram page "@jako_ag" in the Instagram Story in the period from Tuesday, 18 February 2020 to Friday, 21 February 2020.

5. This prizes will be raffled during the promotion period: 3 x 1 JAKO surprise package

6. A cash payment of the prize is excluded. There is no warranty or guarantee claim on the prize.

7. In order to participate in the raffle the user:

1. must have subscribed to the JAKO Instagram page (@jako_ag)

2. must have voted for a club at least once during the JAKO Jersey Battle using the " Survey" function in the Instagram Story of "@jako_ag".

Each vote cast during the Jersey Battle counts as one entry into the raffle. So if a participant votes in the quarter, semi and final, he/she will be entered into the competition according to the number of votes cast and will have a higher chance of winning. Multiple wins are not possible; if a participant wins a prize, he cannot win any more prizes.

8. Comments under the post belonging to the competition that violate the Instagram guidelines (Community guidelines: https://help.instagram.com/477434105621119, terms of use: https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870), German law and/or copyright will be removed without warning after notification. The participant is then excluded from the raffle.

9. Eligible to participate is whoever has reached the age of 18. Employees of JAKO AG are excluded from participation.

10. The winner will be determined randomly within 14 days of the end of the competition.

11. The winner will be informed by private message on Instagram. The winner must reply to this message within 5 working days with their address details. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be raffled again among all participants.

12. All names of the participants are recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the winners. Address data will only be collected from the winner and will only be used to send the prize. All data will be deleted at the latest 30 days after the end of the competition. No data will be passed on to third parties. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, modification and revocation.

13. Legal action is excluded.
