Partnership for Sustainable Textiles

We have been a member of the Partnership for Sustainable Textiles since 2016. The objective is to improve the social, economic and ecological conditions of textile production worldwide together with other actors.
Partnership for Sustainable Textiles
As team athletes, we are aware that sustainable action cannot work on its own. That is why we have joined the Partnership for Sustainable Textiles. The multi-stakeholder initiative has around 130 members, including companies and associations, non-governmental organizations, standards organizations, trade unions and the German government.

The Textile Partnership aims to improve social and environmental conditions in the textile and apparel industry - from raw material production to the finished product and disposal. Through the annual general meeting, training courses or alliance initiatives, members can exchange and network as well as expand their knowledge in many areas.

We implement our corporate due diligence obligations
A due diligence reporting format was developed as part of the review process. Based on a risk analysis, we focus on social issues in our largest sourcing countries, such as discrimination, wages and benefits, working hours, or child and forced labor. We also address ecological risks such as chemical use and wastewater, environmental protection, use of resources, and climate protection. Here we fulfill our individual responsibility and pursue both the specified and our individual targets.  We have set ourselves the goal of increasing the use of sustainable materials, such as organic cotton and recycled polyester by 2023. We also want to raise awareness within the company and along the supply chain as well as increase transparency along the supply chain, through training and participation in various initiatives.
